In Morgan County, 15 women who felt they could make a difference in our community organized the Decatur Service League in 1949. That vision has grown into an organization of over 300 dedicated members today. The Decatur Service League became the Junior League of Morgan County in 1988 when we became a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International.

Mission
The Junior League of Morgan County, Inc., is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism and to improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
